Both the Manager and Deputy Manager (as well as another member of staff) are teacher qualified with many years of experience in Early Years Foundation Stage. All our friendly staff in setting are trained/training to NNEB or NVQ Level 2 or 3. Each member of staff in setting is also trained in Paediatric First Aid, Safeguarding and Prevent Duty and regularly attend courses to update their Continuous Professional development. All staff are checked through the Disclosure and Barring service.
